Individual TherapyIndividual therapy entails one-on-one sessions between a therapist and the client. It does not necessarily need to take place in times of crisis or distress but can also assist an individual in personal growth and development. My professional interests include, but are not limited to: Depression, Bipolar, Anxiety, Disorders of addiction (alcohol/drugs), Adjustment, Bereavement, and Trauma .
Couples TherapyCouples therapy involves joint sessions with the therapist and the couple. The length of a session is usually 60 minutes. Couples therapy aims to address the unique stressors and conflicts that are being experienced by the couple. It assists in improving communication, exploring patterns that may be problematic, and enhancing the strengths within the couple system. It is also useful in helping the couple deal with important changes in the life cycle such as birth of a new baby, children going to school, dealing with teenagers etc.
Group TherapyGroup therapy can be an effective treatment choice for drug addiction, depression, bereavement, and traumatic stress. It helps you realise you are not alone, facilitates giving and receiving support, helps you find your voice, helps you relate to others (and yourself) in healthier ways, and provides a safety net

As an example a family of 5 would pay the same R950 per hour for the whole group. I also do claims directly from medical aids. For work like Medico-Legal work, workshops, and motivational speaking the pricing depends on a few factors and you only need to contact me in regard to this to obtain a price.
